- Order revisions that have already been delivered to clients will be accepted, subject to terms and limitations, and may be approved up to a maximum of 30 days after the date of delivery. This time constraint would apply to theses and dissertations only, lasting sixty days.
- Depending on the comments and the type of adjustments, revisions would be accommodated within 24 to 7 hours. If you would want to seek an urgent modification, please be sure to specify this explicitly when sending feedback remarks through your student portal or email.
- Please note that your revision will only be accepted as a revision if it contains any additional writing or research requirements that were disclosed when the order was placed. These requirements include a new subject or topic, a new case study, the use of new software, additional learning objectives, etc. As a result, you will have to spend more money in line with the effort the academic writer puts into creating the new specifications.
- To receive a prompt response to their questions, we at Exams Insight strongly encourage prospective clients to submit their concerns and revision feedback via our portal or email. The writing expert receives and promptly resolves questions via email and the student portal.
- This is to let you know that only one set of revision instructions will be accepted at a time during a single revision cycle. After one revision instructions query, any further information supplied will be considered for the next revision cycle.

If you are not eligible for a free revision, we still encourage you to contact our customer support department with your assignment concerns. We will do our best to address them using the resources at our disposal, but we are not obligated to do so by our service agreement with you.
- For the academic specialist to perform the necessary modifications most effectively, it is crucial that the client clearly state what is incorrect with the assignment and what adjustments he needs. Revision requests that contain general remarks like “it’s not good” or “I asked for something else” are not taken into consideration as legitimate justifications.
- At the sole discretion of the firm’s management, we retain the right to modify any revision policy in place without providing prior notice to either the public or our service users.
